The town leaders of Lexington are setting guidelines on farmer markets so their produce sales wont turn into flea markets. An organizer or the farmers market at the Old Mill shopping center or the farmers market at the Old Mill shopping center helped in the design of the guidelines and according to her they don't want to be a flea markety.
